Coach Jon Without a doubt, is one of the best instructors I know. He is approachable and treats you with respect and dignity.

This has to be the most welcoming place we have ever visited. For the past 9 years, both of my children have been attending Spartan Mixed Martial Arts. Members come from all walks of life, including men, women, and children, and it’s a welcoming environment.

Spartan Mixed Martial Arts is a fantastic family-friendly environment. I would strongly recommend it to both children and adults! It aided my children’s development as individuals and athletes. Anyone, regardless of age, shape, size, or gender, can learn BJJ.

My boys have been students here for the past 3 years. Not only are they learning self-defense and staying physically fit they are also learning important life skills such as self-discipline, self-control, self-confidence, coordination and strategy. Furthermore, Spartan Mixed Martial Arts focuses on proper technique to protect their students’ physical well-being as well as encouragement so their students continue to advance in their training. What our family loves most about Spartan Mixed Martial Arts is their desire to make all clients feel like “family” rather than an “income”. We would recommend this school to anyone.

Let me start buy saying, I have trained at many different BJJ schools. I have been training on and off since 1995, I have been here for about 10 years now. The owner and head instructor, Jon Heleotis, definitely knows his stuff and knows how to effectively pass that information on to his students. He is very patient and super easy going. Jon is always willing to spend extra time to answer any questions or work on any issues I may be having.

The class environment is very comfortable, the mats are always clean. There are no egos here. There is just the right amount of encouragement and motivation. I highly recommend this school. If you are interested in BJJ, I suggest you come by and check it out.
