Stand-Up Self Defense

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or BJJ, is a fighting style that focuses on top-notch self-defense techniques designed to neutralize stand-up aggression. Your kids will learn the benefits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while wearing the classic Gi.
